I tried a new power adapter and its done the same thing.

The whole procedure took me about 4 hours, but now my unit is running cool and I’m happy again with it. It will become each time worse, q928 eventually one of the ICs in the motherboard will be ruined, which will cost you much more money to fix. If so how do you protect against it, any plugin or anything you can recommend?
